America has had a tragic history of discrimination. Businesses have displayed infamous signs banning people due to sexuality, race, religion, and more. With many lives lost and tears shed, this display of bigotry has hurt countless people. Today, the LGBTQ Community Network has launched a new badge for for businesses, non-profits, government agencies and other public spaces to show their commitment to inclusion and diversity.
All Are Welcome
Speakers use it and every time people wildly applaud. We should be a church where all are welcome! Over and over again. On the one hand, I get it. I know these people are using it to call out the places that have often excluded people. A sense of open doors for anyone to come in.

During our experience with Brian, he has treated both my partner and I with complete respect. He has never hesitated to include both of us in discussions about our house. Without his association with The Welcoming Project, we probably would have missed out on the opportunity to meet and work with Brian.

The most recent Census revealed that married households are, for the first time, in the minority in our country. The culture of easy divorce, cohabitation and the redefinition of marriage are all threats to strong family life. For this reason, the Church will always defend traditional marriage.
